Regretting not going up a couple of floors now, I think it was $5k for the next one up. Parking being assigned now, and things are getting close!

We’re going to take an absolute bath on this for a while.. but no regrets (almost). At least it’s all a write off?

I gotta say, things seem to be coming together nicely in the immediate area of Fort & Cook. Methinks you'll get some enjoyment out of that place. From your unit would you be able to view the big construction site next door when it gets going? For people who appreciate such things, that should be quite something for a couple of years.

The external elevator on View has been taken down.

What's the deal with the ground floor? The renderings showed a large open space but it's looking more like a bunch of enclosed rooms within the main room.

Two of the three commercial spaces have been acquired by one group and will be melded into a larger space. The renderings are not necessarily indicative of an end-use design.

My understanding is it will be a cafe, based on my last interview with the developer. Do you have a photo of how things are going on the ground floor? Maybe they’re just temporary footings?

We have our walk through first week of December, looking forward to seeing it!

Let us know what the deal is with that ground floor. It seems like Yates on Yates has a similar "too many doors" thing going on in one of the ground-level units. Is that a physiotherapy place? I haven't bothered to look closely.

Well do a walk through on return from holiday next week and go from there. Completion and possession tbd but I assume some are already done? We have until mid December to complete. We are the ones who pushed it back due to being unavailable.
