I wonder if it’s because she’s been covertly giving airtime to Jewish conspiracies lately. She does it in faux outrage, like when she ‘innocently’ asked who profits from the **rn industry, and she was “shocked” to see the Twitterverse accusing her of antisemitism.
Ben Shapiro couldn’t have liked that.

Edit: in case it’s unclear to some readers: sayings like “who runs Hollywood” and “who owns the media” and “who runs the big banks” are common antisemitic dog whistles. I am not antisemitic, nor do i subscribe to those conspiracy theories.

I told a close friend this earlier today:



She spends too much time criticizing everyone. Instead of just debating or criticizing their ideas. And she has no self-deprecation or humility. Like especially Knowles and Klavan and Walsh especially do.

Or humour like those three have. Even Shapiro has a sense of humour.

That's a pretty accurate comment. Jordan Peterson is another example of one who tackles the issues, not the people, IMO. mostly, anyways!

Good point, she’s pretty uptight now you mention it. This interview with George janko is the only time I’ve seen her let loose only a little, and only in the segments where she discusses her family/husband. So maybe it’s something to do with maintaining a fiery conservative tv persona… but maybe she lets loose in her personal life? idk.

That Klavan opening monologue was incredible lol.

Interesting take. Makes sense… One thing that bothers me about her is her overconfidence misusing and mispronouncing words. I think that’s representative of a bigger problem - very little attention to detail, precision, and the truth, combined with extreme confidence.

She’s a great persuader, and very entertaining, but she’s a tabloid journalist. Her entire shtick is inflammatory rage baiting. Fun, but not much truth in it. I can see why DW would drop her.

It seems to me that DW needed someone to be tabloidy. It can’t hurt to have all bases covered. But if there are ideological differences and people are not getting along, it’s best to separate.

Personnel changes gonna happen. Like I said before, no on air talent has ever left DW. Sooner or later somebody was going to leave one way or another.
