It's a bed. In a room. Case closed.

Why is the bed in the dining room?

That's a luxury!  Have you seen the ones where the bed is in the kitchen? Listening to the economy fridge kick on and off all night must be wonderful.

On the plus side it makes getting a late night snack very easy.

All of you fail reading comprehension. It says 'studio'.

Any truth to the rumour that a narcoleptic chef filmed a cooking show in there?

Bosa has submitted its Development Permit for the next phase of the Dockside Masterplan (16-storey and 19-storey condo buidlings). It will complete the row of buildings fronting Tyee Road. OurCity (victoria.ca)

Hope the gang of hypocrites on council do not find a way to do a rug pull on these permits.

Nice!

And the parking ratio is about 1.1:1 stalls to units. No mincing numbers there.

Nice. Someone remind me - didn't the original vision for the development actually foresee a hotel on the corner of Tyee and Esquimalt or thereabouts?

Roundhouse had one ... Some other developer should take that project over

Council should consider zero parking other than bicycles. We have a long way to go to meet our goal of the same ratio of cars to people as North Korea.

Check that, the parking ratio is 1.25 stalls per unit. That includes 29 visitor stalls and one car-share stall.

yes, it also included a large open air Amphitheater near the Esquimalt road end of the development.

A rendering, looking northwest towards Tyee Road, depicts Dockside Green's upcoming phase of condominiums in the form of two highrise towers standing 19 (at left) and 16-storeys tall. The buildings will complete Dockside Green's Tyee Road frontage.

ETA landscapers posted this to their Instagram account last week. It's the water feature between Towers 1 and 2. The lumber post playground is coming along as well. Very exciting!Screenshot 2023-03-28 at 5.34.48 PM.png
