Sure would have been nice to see variation in form and - especially - building heights: basically we have one contiguous and rather bland table-top 'wall' all along Tyee Rd. Unfortunate.

I'm not sure why, perhaps the developer was being nice? Sometimes, don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Or the City footed the bill for the other side, and had it done in tandem. Maybe that’s part of the road improvement plan, to do it that way?

Thanks for the new photos, Marko. It's really coming along. So interesting to see the new plantings. I can only imagine what it will be like in years to come, when the plants are more mature. The water course will make it even more interesting.
We had our "deficiencies walk-through" via Zoom last week, so they're on target for late-August occupation, I'd say. Very little to find deficient. Even on the ground floor unit, it was surprisingly bright -- and the view from the rooftop terrace is astounding!
