Walk-throughs have started for my clients that purchased into Dockside and I have my own unit tomorrow. This project turned out better than my expectations! Insane gym and rooftop areas.

Very nice, I especially like the rooftop space; the gym needs heavier dumbbells....

I think I am going to order an island for my one bed, other than that happy with the purchase (will be renting it out on completion).

Massive dent in the fridge?

That must be quite the giant bed that it needs its own island.
Seriously though, the condo looks great.

Island for the kitchen? Where do you get good ones? I've been looking for one for a while.

Any local kitchen cabinet company (like harbour city kitchens) can build something for you and then you order quartz or other stone countertop from a local stone fabrication shop as well. I believe electrical code requires an outlet for island longer than 6' so I'll keep mine shorter than that.
and then you always have cheap options like Ikea.
