Border restrictions aren't in effect until Wednesday.
Edit: effective 18 March at 00:01 EDT for flight arrivals, but flights to/from the US and sun destinations such as Mexico and the Caribbean are not affected by this restriction and can operate their regular routes and land at current Canadian destinations. Pre-board screening by airlines is effective 19 March at 00:01 EDT. Source

Air North has shut down operations in their system. I don't know about all rumors but one before this was they were planning on pulling out of Victoria in late May and moving passengers over to PCA for connections to YVR and north.

Huh? They've cancelled about 2-3 flights per day. Certainly not a system-wide shutdown.
There's a list of cancellations dated 90 minutes ago (and 30 minutes after your post) listed halway down this page: https://flyairnorth....Advisories.aspx

My bad, bad source but the end of service is something I'm going to ask more about. Lots floating around on social media platforms right now.

Over the last 3 days, flight cancelations out of YYJ have ranged from 8 to 10 or so up to 15 today, compared to YLW, only 4 to 5 daily flights canceled ….. interesting.

No email from them advising of a cancellation.
Will see what tomorrow brings.

^Don't expect an email anytime soon. We were booked on an Air Canada flight from PHX to YYJ for April 19th. We checked every day on the AC website and it was shown as a confirmed flight with no problems. My understanding was that AC was going to stop most transborder flights April 1.
We called AC and after a two hour hold and then an hour to resolve the agent discovered that the flight would not be going. We got rebooked for March 31st.
The airlines are swamped so don't expect much notification if any.

The move will result in 138 SIA and SilkAir planes being grounded - out of a fleet of 147.
Its low-cost carrier Scoot will also suspend most of its network, grounding 47 out of 49 planes.
The group called the outbreak the "greatest challenge [it] has faced in its existence".

UAE to suspend all flightsSameer Hashmi
BBC World reporter
The United Arab Emirates - home to the world's busiest international airport in Dubai - has announced that it will suspend all passenger and transit flights to and from the country for two weeks, starting from 25 March.
Dubai international airport saw 86.4 million passengers in 2019. It's also home to Emirates - one of the world's biggest airlines. Emirates has now also announced that it will suspend all passenger flights by 25 March.
It comes as all shopping and commercial centres are set to close in the next 48 hours. However stores selling essential goods, including supermarkets and pharmacies, will remain open.
Restaurants will have their service limited to deliveries.
