I don't think that one is going to theaters.

Horror/thriller The Boy 2 returns to Victoria for filming February through March. Craigdarroch Castle had a prominent role in the first film. via https://www.cheknews...e-boy-2-529616/

Nice video and great song featuring Victoria as the setting by Foxwarren (think they’re from Regina). Bonus points if you recognize the building in the final scene.

btw.. how do you embed Youtube videos on VV?

You did it the right way!

That’s a great video.

The scene where the dude runs out and stops the car was shot at Sea West Quays 325-327 Maitland.

The scene after that (the actual final scene) where the car blows up was not shot at the same location.

i think it might have been better if the car just blew up with the kids in it. then we'd be sure they would not grow up to be like dad. and the sandpiper foundation would be ok.

Search YouTube for the intro to that 70s movie Harry In Your Pocket. Guys are walking by Bastion Square and there's a cut and suddenly he's outside City Hall.

IIRC Harry in Your Pocket also had a rather strange segue from the Swartz Bay ferry to the Inner Harbour. In any case, for lovers of early 1970s Victoria, HiYP is a must-see.

Greater Victoria will get its silver-screen groove back next month with two options for audiences — both inside and out.

The Vic Theatre on Douglas Street will reopen for daily showings on June 12, one week prior to launching a drive-in movie theatre at Bayview Place in Vic West.

Snow — the fake variety — fell on Broad Street outside of Très Gourmet Bakery and Cafe Tuesday morning as shooting continued on the Hallmark Channel TV movie Christmas, She Wrote. Downtown Victoria was disguised as Pineberry, California, for the purpose of the movie, which stars Danica McKellar (Winnie Cooper from the Wonder Years) and Dylan Neal (of The Bold and the Beautiful fame). Christmas, She Wrote will premiere Dec. 6 on the Hallmark Channel.
