It’s being reported elsewhere that Shark Club is closing until September.
I guess for some time now they have been closed Sunday and Monday, which is odd for a “sports bar”.

With the promise of patio season on the horizon a trio of Island eateries have been rated among a top 100 list.
Finn’s Seafood, Chops and Cocktails in Victoria, The Dining Room at The Butchart Gardens in Brentwood Bay and Unsworth Restaurant in Mill Bay all made the cut as online restaurant reservation provider OpenTable unveiled its Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining.

After many years the La Fiesta Mexican Cafe at Douglas and Broughton (in Sussex Place near Blenz) has closed for good.
Smile Chicken, a Korean chicken restaurant, will be opening in the same spot.

I have never seen a chicken smile. If they do it must be as rare as hens' teeth.

It's actually been closed for many months now.
They tried to come back after COVID, but closed quite quickly after re-opening, and they haven't been open since.

Maybe it’s just me, but Smile Chicken’s logo reminds me of Amazon’s logo.

What are the best patio restaurants in Greater Victoria (assuming we ever have a really warm and sunny day again ? Looking for new or out of the way places or just great old reliable ones.
