I honestly can't believe 5 City of Victoria Members of Council think that voting against Stephen Hammond's, eminently reasonable, acknowledgement that doing legal, tax paying, business is being hindered by a small minority who don't care what their behaviour means for the rest of society, is an appropriate reaction to the clearly flaming obvious.

In fairness, and with all due respect, I do believe, though and happy to apologize if I'm wrong, I believe Mayor Alto did vote in favour of this particular motion.

I'm, very, new here. A bit of a 'long time listener, first time caller'. One of the primary reasons l finally signed up is this thread. I genuinely love it. In particular, and I'm sorry he seems to be laying low currently, I enjoy the posts of, l think it's, 'Ismo07'? He is very entertaining and informative. I know it's allowed to be discreet here, but does anyone know the restaurant he owns? I'd love to go. Thanks!

As far as I know Ismo is not in the restaurant business, but he does serve up some delightful insights on downtown Victoria along with a side of humour and a dollop of sarcasm.

The, excellent, Brickyard Pizza, Yates and Blanshard, was unfortunately closed for unexpected maintenance reasons today. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be disappointed. However, a rapid reopening, hopefully as soon as tomorrow, is confidently asserted.
