🚔 Truck crashes into rock wall and lands on front yard of home🚔
On May 18th 2020, at approximately 1:30 p.m. the West Shore RCMP responded to a report of a single vehicle collision at McCallum Rd and Cavalcade Terr. in Langford.
West Shore RCMP frontline officers attended and observed an unresponsive male driver inside a F150 truck. Investigators determined the F150 was travelling on McCallum Rd (toward Florence Lake Rd), when it crossed into the oncoming lane and over the sidewalk, hitting a maple tree and finally crashing into a rock wall on the front lawn of a home located on the 800 block on McCallum Rd.
“The driver was the sole occupant of the truck and was taken to the hospital. Police located a small quantity of narcotics inside the truck and are continuing their investigation to determine if impairment was a factor in this collision. Incredibly, no one other than the driver was injured in this collision, said Cst. Nancy Saggar, West Shore RCMP Media Relations Officer.

You would think officers have less destructive ways of occupying their time.

after the officers crashed the truck into the wall it’s not surprising they found the occupant unconscious.
Rumour has it, the occupant was a Mr. H. Dumpty.

Vehicle ends up upside-down in creek along Happy Valley Road
A single vehicle ended up upside-down in a creek along Happy Valley Road on Sunday morning.
The road has been temporarily closed near Winter Road, near the S curves, after emergency crews responded the call at 9:22 a.m.
Metchosin Fire Chief Stephanie Dunlop said one man has been taken into care with B.C. Ambulance Services after he was able to get himself out the vehicle.
There's some miscommunication between the Goldstream Gazette and police regarding this incident that happened this morning. It wasn't a man in the truck it was a woman in her 40s. And she didn't get herself out of the vehicle, she had to be pulled out by a nearby resident while another man who witnessed the truck fishtailing and going into the creek called 911.

The correct info is in the paid version.
Is that how they play? Fake news for free, real news for a fee. Not the dumbest idea I've heard today.

The cop on scene was taking witness statements and some dude walks up and demands to know when the road will open. The witness says, "whattsa matter, got a hot brunch date to go to?!", and the guy walks away and the cop says, "I'm glad you said it because I couldn't".
