According to the person I spoke to at the Powerhouse pinball, it and Quazars are the same people.
The owner of Metropol owns the pinball sites Quazars, Powerstation and a third location at Yates / Blanchard which I haven't checked recently to see if it is still running.
The Powerhouse building is owned by Le Fevre. From what I understand, the space was leased by Metropol but Le Fevre may have another purpose for the site. The adjacent BC Hydro lands have now all been transferred to a company controlled by FN so I would expect some announcement in the next while on what the plans are for that entire area. It is almost 5 acres so a huge area comparatively. Any development on that site would be exempt from CoV zoning requirements.

The Hydro lands are now for lease as industrial sites.
Ralmax is leasing one section for equipment storage but I suspect that is short term.

The Yates/Blanchard is shut down also.

Mayfair and Woodgrove mall owner aims to draw customers with monthly gift-card giveaways
Those who spend $100 can participate in physical games — such as throwing a hoop over an upright post — in the malls to win more gift cards, Sun said.

^ I hand it to the Chinese owners for being creative but I don't think that $10 is going to change anyone's economic situation or their outlook.

Cask & Keg Liqour store is on its last 10 days. Clerk said redevelopment will be happening. Uncertain if this is the approved 12 story towers or not. But big change is coming.
They also said they will be re opening in the new development in 18 months (I feel that timeline is a bit optimistic).
