They are putting up the exterior paneling on the north side of the tower. It is a bright white (brighter than the renderings). Starting to come together. Looks good. Couldn't get a decent pic, sorry.

I am looking forward to the change in exterior finishing from the first 6 floors and the remaining 7 floors of the tower. I am curious to see if it will appear more subtle than in the renderings or less so.

Wow. That's cool.

So word on the street it bcIMC needs more space than what will be provided at this project. It looks like 750 Pandora should have been 15 or 16-floors tall.

Know it all.

It should have been regardless. I can barely see the top floor from my bedroom windows.  :P

Jawl has rearranged the configuration to allow for more office space today:

Actually, I kinda like this layout, even better than the original, it's more open and inviting as viewed from here, the corner of Pandora and Douglas.

Ok, some more pics of mine where you can see the white cladding, it'll look sharp!  Much better than the Atrium cladding.

I hope it can stay clean and not get all streaky dirty when it rains.

I am assuming it is some sort of vinyl or metal material that should be fairly easy to wash/keep clean. If it were white stucco, now that would be a different story.

If only there was a site practically right next door that was already zoned for a large office project?

Being a Jawl building, I think they'll take good care of it.

Jeepers, that must have some kind of pump to lift that weight so high.

You can't really see it in the picture but the pump arm says "If we can't reach it nobody can".

I found the solution to the flipped picture problem. If you duplicate the image in your album before uploading, the new copy "forgets" the original orientation so you can put it the right way around without it getting flipped back.
