Today, Friday August 28/20, not a single new listing on Vancouver Island on the realty.ca listing service.

If it is a 'glitch' Mike, it would be a geo specific 'glitch' - new listings all over mainland.  Doubtful its a glitch but hopeful that it is.  Otherwise, talk about grind to a halt.  Wow.  I haven't checked the 'commercial' listings.

It's barely 7AM. Give the Realtors time to have their eggs benny before they hit the post button.    

 

I'm suspecting glitch.  VREB recently changed systems I think and it's not been the smoothest for my listings I get sent.

Yeah, it’s now confirmed as a glitch.

Anyone get listings emailed from the VREB Matrix system?  Since the overhaul, tapping on a listing brings up the listing but I can't scroll.  The page just rubber bands a bit and that's it.

April and May, 2016, had 1,286 and 1,289 sales, respectively. Did that get down-graded at some point, or are we expected to surpass 1,289 this month?

I'll say. At the current rate it looks like 50% more sales than September 2019 is quite likely.

It won't be remotely close to busiest month ever....it will be the busiest September on record but way off May 2016 (1,289 sales).

Ah, yes! I calculated based on 616 sales but that's the 2019 total! Oops.
