Actually all that means is he hasn't logged off.  He could be completely off the grid but would still show up in that list.

RCMP investigating remains of two people found in Ucluelet area

 

Investigators say it's too soon to tell whether the remains are those of missing men Ryan Daley and Daniel Archbald, who disappeared after last being seen in the Uculelet area more than a month ago.

Now we are told that there are two more men, Dan Archbald and Ryan Daly, that have been reported missing. 

 

All three men went missing on the same day. Dan and Ryan were last seen after clearing customs in Ucluelet. They had just completed a sailing trip from Panama.
