Evan is described as 15 years old, 5’3” tall with a skinny build. Evan was last seen wearing a grey jacket with black sleeves, blue jeans and black ankle boots. Evan is described as half Indigenous and half Caucasian. Evan has autism and will not be overly communicative. 

 

Evan was reported missing when he wandered away from his family home around 4:30pm in the Fernwood area. Evan’s family is very worried as this is extremely out of character. #yyj #MissingPerson ⁠

Ashley was last seen by family on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in the 300-block of Burnside Road, and was reported missing to officers on April 17, 2024. Officers have been working since that time to locate Ashley and confirm that she is safe.

Missing: Morgan Poirier

Saanich Police are asking for the public’s assistance as we attempt to confirm the well-being of 26-year-old Morgan Poirier. Morgan is new to the area, having recently arrived from Alberta. She was last seen on April 20, 2024, leaving the Victoria Native Friendship Centre at approximately 6:30am. Her family last spoke to her during a brief phone call last week.

 

Morgan is described as 5-feet 6-inches tall weighing approximately 120-pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

West Shore RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Gemina Mitchell, who was reported missing on May 5, 2024. Gemina Mitchell was last seen on May 5, 2024.

Description of Gemina Mitchell:

26 years
5 ft 9 in (175 cm)
140 lbs (64 kg)
Blonde hair
Blue eyes

Police are very concerned for Gemina Mitchell 's health and well-being. Since Gemina Mitchell disappearance, police have followed up on several leads and possible sightings, however Gemina Mitchell remains missing.

Missing Person | James Watson

Saanich Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating 33-year-old James Watson. He was last seen at Tillicum Mall on April 10, 2024, at 8pm, and was wearing a grey sweater, blue shirt, and black pants.

 

He is described as 6-feet, 200-pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

 

James has not been in contact with his family in some time, which is out of character.

Rose West left a treatment facility in Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake on May 11 at approximately 12:40 p.m. She was last seen in Duncan, BC later that evening at approximately 7:20 p.m.

Missing person Amy Harper

The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 40-year old Amy Harper who has not been seen or heard from since May 31, 2024. Harper was reported missing to the Nanaimo RCMP on June 1, 2024. Investigators have been told that Harper is dealing with some personal issues and as a result there is concern for her overall safety and well-being.

Harper may be driving a black Chevrolet Silverado with BC license plate RM2170. Of note, the truck has a dent in the front chrome bumper and a tool box in the rear. She may also be travelling with her Boxer Terrier dog that goes by the name of Ready.

 

Harper is Caucasian, 5 feet, 6.5 inches, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The picture provided is recent. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Amy Harper, please contact the Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345.

'High-risk' woman missing from home in Saanich

Saanich police need the public’s help in locating a high-risk missing woman.

 

 

 

The 30-year-old, identified by police only as Shakiba, moved into a new residence near Inverness Road and Tolmie Avenue on Monday and wandered away Tuesday at about 11:15 a.m.

Police said Shakiba “operates intellectually as a pre-teen” and does not speak English.

She is described as Middle Eastern and five feet tall, wearing a brown shirt and black jeans. Shakiba did not have any shoes when she left the home and is known to travel by transit.

Lake Cowichan RCMP is asking the community to please be on the lookout for missing person Nicholas Marion.

 

 

Nicholas, age 28, was last seen on June 30, 2024, at approximately 6:30am, leaving 11439 Youbou Rd, in Youbou. He is not familiar with the area, and had been visiting for the long weekend.

Nicholas is described as:

• Male
• 6’0
• 174 lbs
• Black hair
• Brown eyes
• Black short beard

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black light jogging pants, and black Nike sneakers retro Jordan 11’s.

Missing Person William Bender

July 2, 2024

 

Saanich Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating 70-year-old William Bender. William left his home in the 3200 block of Service Road at approximately 1 pm July 1, 2024, to go for a bike ride and he has not been seen or heard from since.

 

William is known to bike around UVic and the PKOLS (Mt. Douglas Park) area.

 

 

He is described as bald, 6-foot 2-inches tall, and weighing approximately 200-pounds. He is believed to be wearing a green button up shirt, blue shorts, a head lamp and carrying a black backpack.

 

Anyone who may have seen William or knows his whereabouts, is asked to contact Saanich Police at 250-475-4321.

^ I hope they find this gentleman well and fit. He doesn't look like he should go missing. There is a steep cliff near Mount Doug park that is as dangerous as hell. I hope they have looked there.

Quite a lot of age-related turmoil surround the man missing from Youbou. His wife, supposedly, made a Facebook post about his disappearance, and referred to him as 38 years old. Search and rescue said he is in his late 30s. Another post referred to him as 37.

RCMP in their statement said he is 28.

All hell broke loose.

The internet sure is strange.
