I've been in there a number of times, by myself or with colleagues. They do decent lattes.

The Fairfield Pet Clinic opened up on my block of North Park Street (in the former Heritage Cat Clinic* space) last year.

 

* I guess there weren't enough heritage cats around to keep them in business
