It's definitely a possibility. There is lots of workers there right now and they are working 6 days a week. I was told yesterday the tower will be ready mid to end of January....so that means February

Regarding the Terrace building - from the pics @MarkoJ kindly just posted, it looks like the panelling is not yet up inside the entrance area. Are the workers also busy at the Terrace building and inside it? Thanks.

Atleast if the completion gets pushed to January, when owners go to resale their units Encore will be considered a 2019 building and not 2018. I know I'd rather own a 2019 Mercedes over a 2018 model any day of the week!

The panels are up as well as the marble look a like slabs. The entrance looks great

Terrace. And we don't plan to sell ours. Not an investment. But I get your point.

I think the development will be given occupancy (official yr built date) and most likely it will be on the 2018 side of things.

had my walk through today on the 10th floor. Estimated move in date somewhere in the first few weeks of January. The pool is smaller than i imagined and the single bed/TV Stand maybe isn't as cool as it sounded in 2015. Otherwise everything else was great. Kitchen and cabinets are nice!

Is that like a pull-down bed except there's no bed, just a wall-mounted 72-inch TV? I can see that saving a lot of space. The only problem would be trying to watch TV while you're in bed.
