Yes!! My living room floor has a huge splash of a clear liquid I can’t remove. Very obvious splash coming from a single spot. Let me know if you get yours out

talked to David today.  Great guy. He said all the issues will be handled - they've just been a bit busy with lots of other south building things. The spots in the kitchen he said was from the people that put the wax on the floors and need to be taken off and redo with some chemicals that he will handle.

What's everyone with two bathrooms doing about the lack of a shower bar in the bathroom with the tub only?  still seems like a deficiency to me.

Shower "Curtain" bar  :)

Shower "Curtain" bar  :)

The omission of the shower curtain bar, and towel hanger/bar etc was weird to me for sure.  But hey this is my first new purchase so who knows if this is the norm in this day and age (?)

Quick mention, we bought a curved shower curtain bar to install but it didn't seat well against the tiles, and so we had to return it for a straight bar.  FYI in case it saves you a hassle.

My small things were addressed quickly by email but I have not heard back about wanting my floors fixed/leveled (I’d like to get back to my marble matches on a level floor)

Same for me.  Some items dealt with quick.  Some items from the deficiency walk-through still no response on.

PS: I'm up for some marble duels once we're allowed to mingle again.  Loser buys slurpees from the Circle-K down the block.

i'm a big fan of tub doors.  so much nicer than any curtain.

there are cleaners you just quickly spray on them quick after a visit they look great.

Anyone found a replacement knob for the windows? My blinds stick out too much with the existing one

bought 4 today from Lowes in Tillicum mall - this one worked great  https://www.lowes.ca...k-handle-158338

it's a tiny bit fussy to install - basically there's an internal gripper that goes on over the existing thread the crank connects to.

1/2 door for 2nd bathroom.   I'm partial to this type of style (I've seen it in Europe a lot)

As long as we can get a good quality - no shower curtain required!

Bought ones like this from Home Depot; this might not be the exact brand but it looks super similar.

Hey Wade peeps,

If you don't have one already, I highly recommend using a microfiber cloth (with just water) to safely clean, polish and preserve the shiny chrome fixtures and glossy cabinets!

New Wade resident here.

The content here is wonderful.

However, the formatting isn't good. Is there a way to have more posts per page?

that’s a strange request.

although I guess there is 113 pages.

~ 97 of those are people complaining about delays last year.

That along with a functional search bar are part of the looming “upgrade”.
