Yeah, I'm really not sure about that cladding. It makes me want to clamber up there and rotate the panels so the stripes are vertical, just to see how it looks.

I like the design in general and how it matches Haven, although I do agree it looks better on Haven where it's used more sparingly.

This part though would never stop bugging me if I had to see it every day:

The future tenants in the future towers on the car lot will have something to gripe about... assuming the cladding on Nest hasn't worn out and been replaced by the time those future tenants finally move in to those future towers.

No complaints about the panels not lining up from this angle...

Edit: except maybe a bit there on the 9th floor...

I took a tour of Nest last week and took some photos of a completed 1 bedroom unit / 535sf A4 Plan.

That’s looking great, Ryan, thank you. Any shots of the view from the balcony, by chance?

Is there a rooftop terrace on this building?

The view will be even better once the Volvo dealership property is redeveloped.

That is actually a lot smaller than my dining room.

I was at this site yesterday. I was totally impressed with how this project turned out especially the walkways around the buildings. Looks like there is public parking too.

The repainting of the 1970s building really helps to integrate it into the overall project.

^ Yes. That professional building has been there since I was a boy…and now it looks almost brand new. Chard did a great job on that.

I overlook the new courtyard. It's really nice now that's almost done, I'll take some pictures on the weekend.
