Yeah, I'm really not sure about that cladding. It makes me want to clamber up there and rotate the panels so the stripes are vertical, just to see how it looks.

I like the design in general and how it matches Haven, although I do agree it looks better on Haven where it's used more sparingly.
This part though would never stop bugging me if I had to see it every day:

The future tenants in the future towers on the car lot will have something to gripe about... assuming the cladding on Nest hasn't worn out and been replaced by the time those future tenants finally move in to those future towers.
