Who would be silly enough to buy waterfront property? In two or three years it will all be underwater.

It looks like the listing fails to mention the high powered hydro lines that are running above the property.

It's incredibly unclear where this is located.  But it appears a bit of the inlet touches Langford.

 

 

Langford goes up to Lenfesty Point, way past the marina.  If the property is near power lines, then it will be around Sawluctus Island, but my guess is that it isn't up that far yet given where the roads are.

Was bought Dec 14, 2020 for $410,000 and sold Aug 6, 2021 for $798,000.  Yowza indeed.

Ouch, my friend just finished talking to a contractor. I paid less than 200 a sq ft for my house about eight years ago ( I am throwing in the half acre of land free in the equation) and I am starting to realize it was a bargain.
