The better buy looks to be lots 1110 and 1100. That’s why they sold, and that chimera didn’t. Now you come in, frustrate the neighbours, squeeze something through, and you’re only feet from your neighbours on both sides on a lot you paid $1.5 million for.

The listing talks about 92,000 square feet, but for sale is 7,200 square feet. So which is it?

 

If it's 7,200 square feet for $1.8 million, presumably there will be 12 additional 7,200 square foot properties to come up to the 92,000 square feet.
