It looks like this proposal encompasses Ditch Records (per the map on the CALUC notice); I imagine that 2-storey building would be demolished?

The plans for the 24 unit strata at 561/565 Toronto street in James Bay have been updated on Dev Tracker.  I do like this design more than the original proposal...

On a completely different note:  a (likely) multifamily development is proposed for 933 and 935 Convent Place in Fairfield.  There is a preliminary meeting on February 13, and more details will be available from Fairfield's CALUC soon..

Props to Kiwanis buying cheap property back then and plonking some cottages on it. Now they've leveraged that land and look what it can do for hundreds of people in need today.
