This well-established turnkey restaurant has a strong and loyal following resulting in the Tartan Toque voted Best Wings in Victoria 7 of the past 8 years. Full kitchen and systems in place. Great location at Stadacona Centre with lots of onsite parking for visitors. This business has many years of sales growth and has successfully shifted sales to pick up orders in addition to its eat-in offering during COVID. Stadacona Centre offers an exceptional location to service the desirable markets of Fairfield, Fernwood, Oak Bay and beyond.

Gordon Head would be a great area for a turnkey turkey restaurant. Let's rev up the hipster name generator and see what we get...

Sure, they could have a franchise there. It would be a great one for the misplaced business names file:
"Turner & Keys Turnkey Turkey on Torquay at Turkey Head"
Fran Tarkenton could be involved in the promotions.

I'll stop there. I know some forumers complain about our plays on words being too byzantine.*
Besides, I'm getting sleepy.**

Wow, that's two compliments in a week. Yes, it took more than 16,000 posts to get here, but I'm still feeling pretty satisfied right about now.

OK, i bought a bunch of pierogies at CooknPan, how do you cook them?
Just boil them, for how long?
Or pan fry them?

I usually do a little of both. If frozen, I give them a few minutes in boiling water, drain them and then fry them a couple more minutes/side in a hot frying pan with a bit of oil.

Fry up some bacon and chopped onion as you’re boiling them then fry up the pierogis with the bacon and onions. You can add butter to the mix if there’s not much fat to the bacon, or if you’re not frying bacon then fry with two square inches of butter.
Then you serve them with sour cream as a dipping ‘sauce.’ Careful on the salt. Add it when you’re ready to eat as some bacon brands are a bit salty to start with, or if your butter is salted.
