In the former Bombay Company space I believe.

Thanks to gts and dinya, we were able to confirm the move.FYI, Staples closed in 2014.Russell Books to consolidate stores, re-locate to former Staples space in Fort Street office towerhttps://victoria.cit...t-office-tower/
Russell Books is moving along with the new store, should be open this fall though no date given yet. They were issued sign permits yesterday.
And FWIW, they're clearing out the inventory at Books on Yates. Tomorrow is the last day of BOGO sale. I assume the Yates Street location will close and remaining inventory will be moved to one of the two Fort Street locations.

The owners retired and I gather it has been bought over by Lorn Campbell who owns the Old Farm Market in Duncan and is going to do something similar here.

Miniso is opening in Victoria. On their instagram story it said they are now hiring for their Miniso X Walmart location in Victoria. But not much more information.
They have partnered with Walmart as a way to open more stores and have the first one in Toronto Stockyards.
