Compared to the old Promontory site, this VV site has been remarkably quiet. Is there anything comparable to the Promontorians Unite Facebook site?
They need a photographer to move in on an upper floor to take photos of the sewage treatment plant, the cruise ships, float planes, the E&N railway and other trivia.
That'll do it.

Many questions with regards to the status of the inside construction. Maybe Bosa/subs would be able to outline a development status every second weeks or so. It's been almost three years after all.............What say you Bosa?

I'm neither with Bosa, nor a subcontractor, but I usually take my dog to the park beside the building every day before work (they start working much earlier than I do). They have been bringing in drywall and appliances for over a month. I haven't noticed them moving any flooring in, but they could be doing that later in the day when I don't have a chance to see.
Edit: Seeing drywall is a good sign, it should mean the plumbing and electrical is done on the lower floors.

I think fall but really depends on the floor. Could be a month or more spread between ground and higher floors.

I think the reason there is less discussion pertaining to Encore vs Promontory is the Encore sold out quickly while the Promontory still had units left on completion and many buyers were doing research on the Promontory which lead them to VV.

Thank you Mattjvd! That is more information than we heard from BOSA lately.
The last update we received from BOSA, Feb 8th : currently projecting a target date for Occupancy Permit approval in September 2018, allowing for move-ins to commence over the following eight weeks or so.

I started walk-throughs with my clients today. Very few deficiencies to report and all very minor; great experience with customer care individual.

I just bought that same dryer. Couldn't afford the rest of the place though 
Although they really should have put full size units in there.
