We were there on Day 3 of the VIP opening and the place was packed!
Really liked the Euro-style kitchens and the updated "medicine chests" in the bathroom.
And having an off-leash dog park right out front is a big draw too.

I was at the REALTOR® preview today and Bosa has sharpened the prices by a bit ahead of the official launch in 2-3 weeks.
Playing around with the views they are surprisingly good from the back side of the building as well, Promontory and all factored in.
Expected completion is first quarter of 2018....hopefully the new bridge is up by then!

The Encore model must be like $30,000 to $40,000.
Easily. I would be surprised if 50K - 60K.

I've got one, I don't think it was all that expensive. I kept expecting the drawer mechanism to fail but it has been rock solid so far.
Do you enjoy using it?

Hmmm, enjoy using a microwave? I use the microwave, it does what it is supposed to do, I don't really get a lot of joy out of it though.

Haha. Restated, would you purchase the microwave again or stick to a standard one?

Wife loves it, I would prefer a standard one, guess who wins.

I thought the parking is included for every single unit per sales girl.
By reading their emails, it made me think, it's an incentive to the pre-sale only: including parking, and fan-coil a/c—not all comes with parking or does it imply that after pre-sale the price is going up for the parking lot and fan-coil a/c?
At that price level,( 650k+), it seems developer is targeting the high-end purchasers. With 650k, I could get a 6000+ sqft box in anywhere in Saanich.
Any thought? Thanks

I think you need to look again at house prices in Saanich.

Can't really compare a house with a high-end condo overlooking the inner harbour as they are two different markets.
It's like saying you can buy a Dodge Caravan for half the price of a loaded Mini.

Not likely. Victorians hate highrise buildings.
