Oh, it's all confusing who these players are. I thought it was the fantastico people at Paul's.

 

That's good they got the $150k back. Yesterday it was posted that they were told they could write it off.

bc housing would write it off the article says.

but the operator is still upset all the time and talent they paid into it.

It’s Clif from Fol Epi behind Paul’s Diner. Maybe there are other investors, I don’t know.

I also heard that North Park is seeking the construction of a motel that can then be purchased by the Province and converted into housing for the homeless.

Sounds like you made an Epi Fol, which is not very Fantastico.

I had a tour of the development today and super unique compared to all the other developments out there. The courtyard area turned out super nice. I love the dark kitchen look some of the units have. They have a few studios left at $325,000 including parking spot.

Looks sharp Marko, I find it a bit odd that there are baseboard heaters on either side of the doors leading to the balcony?

I wonder how much the 1-beds will rent for. Seen a few ads for 1800-1900 but they're definitively on the small side. For that much you can get bigger or pay less in other new builds, and I'd imagine the location will be pretty uneventful while we live in a COVID-19 world. Would be nice to see people who bought into a more unique build get their payoff.
