I admire the ingenuity, and historical homage the upcycling of the former JSB railing represents in this location. Seeing what has been done here makes me wish for some sort of cohesive railing design along as much of the (so-called) David Foster Harbour Pathway as possible. Methinks, in an ideal world, the entire perimeter of the walkway (where railings are necessary) would apply the classic JSB aesthetic, using new materials as needed to reproduce the historic look.
