Anyone else positively vibrating in anticipation of Alexisonfire tomorrow night in Van? Omg. The setlist from the last few shows is perfect, nice mix of fan faves and popular songs.

Picked up tickets to see Moist/Tea Party/Headstones/Big Wreck in June and will go see Bedouin Soundclash first week of February and Dan Mangan in April. Shaping up to be some great shows over the next couple of months!

Looking forward to Theory of a Deadman next weekend @ the Commodore and especially the Joe Bonamassa gig in Seattle in March, which will be my second time seeing one of, if not "the" premier guitarist on the planet.

Saw the Stones in Seattle last year, they put on a really good show, better than I expected.

Coheed and Cambria is coming to the Commodore on May 21 on their Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow never ender tour. OMG.

I’ve seen them a couple of times, once in van at the Croatian cultural centre and more recently at Rock in Rio - Vegas edition. One of my top live acts to see. Presale starts tomorrow!

Picked up tickets to see Starset at the Vogue in June. Not too familiar with them but my daughter loves them so we’ll go. She saw them in Seattle in October, my wife said it was a bit loud haha.

Next up, Bedouin Soundclash on Friday!

Ooh! Saw them a decade ago in Edmonton, sadly fell asleep during the performance (that'll teach me for using them as my wind-down music for years). I'd love to see them whilst awake :D

I think there are a few tickets left, the Vancouver show is sold out - which is a good sign!

Canadian folk icon Gordon Lightfoot will tour Canada later this year, with a stop at the Royal Theatre on the itinerary.

Lightfoot, 81, will play the Broughton Street theatre on Oct. 30. He is touring behind Solo, his first album in 16 years, which arrives in stores next month. The songs, written in late 2001 and early 2002, were recently discovered by Lightfoot among other unpublished songs in books around his Toronto home.

Rage Against the Machine tickets go on sale tomorrow. $170 plus fees at the Coliseum. Got the alarm set, but won’t feel too bad if I don’t get tickets.

Wardruna tickets go on sale tomorrow, too.

If you're drinking black coffee in bed right now, you may be interested to learn Squeeze is playing The Centre in Vancouver in June.

Wow. As much as I’d love to go, I don’t think I want to be in a stadium full of the people who want to go, lol. Lifelong fan here, but safety first☝️

I saw a poster up for the Zombies, in April at Alix Goolden. Now that's a blast from the past!

time of the season video - 1968

It's the time of the season
When love runs high
In this time, give it to me easy
And let me try
With pleasured hands
To take you in the sun to
Promised lands
To show you every one
It's the time of the season for loving...
What's your name?
Who's your daddy?
Is he rich like me?
Has he taken any time
To show you what you need to live?
Tell it to me slowly
Tell you what I really want to know
It's the time of the season for loving...
What's your name?
