For the shopping centre itself? I was at the Richmond location earlier this summer. The place was alright!
Know it all.

Didn't realize that the Canadian Brewhouse is part of the Banquet and that bowling alley talk from couple years back.
I guess it's finally gonna happen if they're hiring!

A great opportunity to take over a small format restaurant in one of Victoria's most sought-after suburbs. This fully vented restaurant has a food primary liquor license for 40 on the interior and the newly created street-front patio provides another 20 exterior seats. The high traffic location has been home to this well-loved restaurant for over a decade and with cosmetic upgrades done throughout the dining room, the space feels fresh and is ready for a new operator to continue its successful run. With its compact nature, it allows the owner/operator to run the business efficiently wt low staff numbers which is great for today's market. Good lease in place with rent at $2850 per month it's hard to beat! The kitchen can easily adapt to new food concepts and with 1 staff parking space in the back makes it easy for delivery options. Free street parking in front of the building. Easy to show, NDA required for more details.

Blight's Bistro? The size listed certainly matches.
The coffee shop/cafe further up Foul Bay just recently changed hands so likely not it.

I wonder if this is Village Restaurant or Nohra Thai (both in Estevan Village)?

I forgot about those. The listing does say north Oak Bay so those 2 makes more sense.

Nohra Thai has only been open for 2 years so it can't be "home to this well-loved restaurant for over a decade"

The void left many years ago by the Rathskeller will soon be filled. Eva Schnitzelhaus is opening in the old Olo/Rain Dogs Wine Bar location.
They'll have big boots to fill.*
*Rathkellians will get the joke.

A great opportunity to purchase a high-producing, stand-alone franchise restaurant. This well-known restaurant brand has been operating in BC for over 50 yrs and has become a staple in the community serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. With restrictions easing and capacities returning to normal this restaurant has seen sales climb throughout the year. With tried and true systems, excellent training, and brand loyalty, this business provides an excellent opportunity to acquire a profitable turn-key restaurant. The recently renovated and updated interior boasts over 100 seats and the fully vented commercial kitchen is well equipped and set up to easily service a full restaurant. This free-standing building has excellent signage and sits proudly on one of Victorias busiest streets. The onsite parking lot with 28 stalls makes it a convenient choice for larger groups and those tired of fighting for space downtown. Full training can be provided. NDA required for details. Please do not contact staff directly. Listed at $365,000 (includes the franchise transfer fee)

Could it be Ricky's? It started in 1960.

^ The listing says there's 28 parking stalls but I can't see that many in the air photo - looks like maybe 25, tops.
I wonder if the for-sale restaurant is Denny's, a block or two north?
