Hey Matt. Wholesale has a couple of skids left. Limit of 20 per customer. I expect if others got the same email they will all be gone today. And when did oil hit $39 a jug? That’s more than gas

Check wholesale club quick!

That’s cheap, Sysco etc is $44 plus, but they deliver…

If I’m in Victoria the next week or so I’ll stock up. :)

A well established restaurant in Chinatown. 3,700 sq.ft. with 170 seats and a banquet room to hold a private party. Location has a rich history as it was the first establishment in Victoria with a liquor license and was also a dance hall frequented by Navy sailors. With a Bar liquor license in place, you can open late and transform the space into a pub-style restaurant. Or, as no one is upstairs you can install a ventilation system in the dining area for your hot pot or table-BBQ style restaurant. Lots of flexibility and potential for whatever you can dream of! Bring your imagination and don't miss this opportunity to fulfill this restaurant's potential!

$95,000

My very brief looking over the listing didn't mention the lease. Sorry but your business isn't worth much at all without locked in good lease terms.

Well established Asian cousin restaurant. Convenient location in a strip mall and generous amount of parking. Newer equipment and High pressure gas (BTU). Nice and clean atmosphere. Commercial kitchen with Liquor license in place. Affordable rent. Don't miss this opportunity to own a money making restaurant.

This dynamic turn-key business is newly established two years ago with high-quality leasehold improvements and outfitted with all the equipment needed for this business, Even though the business was operating very well before it was closed in March, the seller has other interests that create an opportunity for someone to take over a thriving business at a price that is way less than the costs to set it up. There is a further opportunity to add other products to those currently being offered, Gelato, Baked goods and coffee, and other beverages. . Good lease with 4 years left plus a 5 year right to renew. Great high traffic location. Eight seats and a counter. Easy to show Rent is $3100 per month plus GST.

Sad to see the Rock Cod in Cow Bay is for sale, great spot and I’m sure has done well over the years. I think covid has hit them pretty hard.

Looking for a small and profitable business? Well established & buzzing Belgian Waffle business for sale in downtown Victoria BC. Easy operation and fantastic location with affordable rent of $1,300/month. It's an asset sale. Don't approach the staff or owners.

More ramshackle sidewalk patios will make it all better.

Winter has always been tough on these types of businesses. That said, it seems that downtown is more difficult than ever. Maybe we just need more of the undead wandering around downtown.

Most could survive in the past with healthy summer revenue to cover winter holding costs. Now after 2 years of slow sales and an end to government support we will see quite a few close I think.

There are plenty of downtown eateries thriving… I was at Frankie’s modern dining recently and it was packed (I was glad I had a reservation). I don’t even try to get into Ruby on Johnson or Blue Fox because there are lines, even though we are long past summer.

I think that the business model of a Belgian waffle restaurant is definitely questionable. Even when I was in Brussels, these businesses were heavily reliant on tourist traffic…
