A little off topic but anyone else find it weird that Isitt hasn't been eating something all night? He's always eating throughout meetings. Or maybe the camera wasn't on him while he munched his way through the first few hours of speakers?

Ha - just to ensure some additional headscratching before adjourning, a vote was recalled so that a letter that may already have been written should be requested instead of directed to be written by the mayor. Did I get that right?
